Sherry Shipp-Malloy

Sherry (Shipp) Malloy brings 40-plus years of competitive coaching experience to Go For It USA. She is a balance beam specialist and choreographer for Levels 6–Elite with an outstanding reputation for the development of young athletes. Sherry works diligently to inspire confidence, develop strength, instill proper skill progressions and technique, and improve artistry and flexibility. Above all else, she is committed to shaping 'good humans' for life.

Awards: recipient of the Reebok and Mervyns of California 'Coach of the Year' award, and recognized in 1998 at the Women's Sports Foundation Annual Gala in New York City.

Past experience: Class 1 competitive gymnast; touring acrobatic dancer; owner and producer of the Pizzazz International Touring Dance Company; co-owner of the Little GEMS mobile preschool gymnastics program; developer of Balance Matz; assistant head coach at the Sports Club Las Vegas; head coach at Team Las Vegas; national clinician. Sherry is married to Russel Malloy, a retired head football coach from Arbor View High School, and is a proud mom and stepmom of four.
