Girls recreational gymnastics at Go For It USA in Las Vegas

Girls Recreational at Go For It USA is gymnastics for girls ages 6 to 14 in Las Vegas, from first-timers through advanced. Classes progress from Fun Flippers through High Rollers to Twisters, with advanced classes beyond and the option to enter our competitive Bronze track, so every girl has a clear next goal whether she is here for fun or dreaming of a team.

Every class trains on real Olympic-grade equipment in our 26,400-square-foot gym, the same floor our championship teams grow up on, and our coaches keep every girl challenged, supported, and having a great time.

Classes are built as a clear progression. Fun Flippers is the introductory 80-minute class, where new gymnasts rotate through the apparatus learning basic body shapes, cartwheels, and bridges. High Rollers, our 110-minute advanced-beginner class, develops handstands, round-offs, and back hip circles, with real focus on building the strength that makes bigger skills possible.

Twisters is the intermediate two-hour class where it all comes together: backbends, bar work, and back-handspring progressions. From Twisters, girls who want to keep advancing recreationally move into our Hurricanes and Lightning classes, and girls who catch the competitive spark can enter the Bronze track, the first step toward team gymnastics.

There is no pressure in either direction. Many gymnasts stay recreational for years simply because they love it; the path to more is there, clearly marked, for any girl who wants it.

Recreational classes run year-round and placement is by age and ability, so the best next step is to request a spot and let us help you find the right starting class for your gymnast.
