Perfector Women’s Xcel Team
USAG Xcel competitive team for girls, Bronze through Sapphire.

The Perfector Women's Xcel Team at Go For It USA is a USAG Xcel competitive program in Las Vegas for girls who want more than recreation, on a more flexible commitment than the traditional Junior Olympic team. The program starts as a recreational class with the option to compete: gymnasts enter at Bronze, the introductory level, and advance through Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire as their skills grow.
USA Gymnastics created Xcel to widen the door to competitive gymnastics. Not every talented, motivated gymnast can train the hours the Junior Olympic path demands, and Xcel gives those athletes a genuine competitive home: real meets, real teammates, and real growth on a schedule that fits family life.
Bronze trains team skills and routines in a familiar class format, and whether to compete is a choice, not a requirement. Each division above it raises the difficulty and the polish, so there is always a next level to grow into.
Rather than the strict skill requirements of the JO levels, Xcel is built around proficiency. Each gymnast competes in the division whose routines she can perform with confidence, so athletes compete where they shine and advance as they grow, without all-or-nothing pressure.
Our Xcel coaches bring the same expertise and care that defines all of our competitive programs, and Xcel gymnasts share the gym, the coaching philosophy, and the pride of the whole Perfector family, with a full season of meets to look forward to alongside their teammates.
Placement is by assignment to the division that matches a gymnast's performable skills, determined by our coaching staff. If your daughter is ready for more, reach out to the office and we will help you find her division.
