Boys Recreational at Go For It USA is gymnastics for boys ages 6 to 12 in Las Vegas, beginner through advanced. Boys learn three of the six men’s artistic events each week through a three-class progression, Gym Studs, Super Studs, and Advanced Super Studs, building the strength, coordination, discipline, and teamwork that carry into every sport they love.

Boys are wired to move, to climb, swing, flip, and test what their bodies can do, and our classes channel all of that energy into real gymnastics. Each week focuses on a rotating set of three events, so the training stays fresh and complete across all six men's artistic events.

Men’s artistic gymnastics is one of the best foundations a young athlete can have. The strength, body control, and air-awareness boys build here transfer directly to skateboarding, diving, wakeboarding, martial arts, and just about every action sport they will ever try. But just as importantly, our coaches emphasize the life skills the sport is famous for, discipline, confidence, and teamwork, qualities that serve boys far beyond the gym floor.

Boys also train in a facility built for the full sport. Go For It USA is a 26,400-square-foot gym with Olympic-quality equipment, including the apparatus that make men’s gymnastics so much fun: rings to swing and hold, parallel bars and high bar to release and catch, a vault to launch off, plus trampolines, spring floors, and a foam pit for learning flips safely. There is real room to move and real equipment to master, so a boy is never bored and never held back, he can keep chasing the next skill in a space designed to let him do it.

The boys’ recreational program is structured as a clear three-class progression so there is always a next level to earn. Gym Studs is our beginner 80-minute class, where new gymnasts learn foundational skills across all six men’s events: floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and high bar. It is an energetic, welcoming first experience that gets boys strong and confident fast.

Super Studs is our intermediate 110-minute class for boys ready to build. Here athletes develop real strength and refine their basic skills across all the men’s events, adding power and precision to the foundations they built as Gym Studs. The longer class length gives them more time on each apparatus and more reps to lock in technique.

Advanced Super Studs is our 120-minute advanced class, where boys continue to perfect the skills they have learned and begin to master more advanced techniques. These athletes are strong, capable, and often ready to consider our competitive Perfector boys’ team, currently the largest men’s gymnastics team in Nevada, if they want to take their training to the next level.

Our boys’ coaches keep classes fast-moving and fun, because the surest way to keep a boy in the gym is to make it the best part of his week. At the same time, they hold a high standard for safety and effort, teaching boys that real accomplishment comes from focus and hard work. Watching a boy go from his first wobbly handstand to confidently working rings and bars is exactly the kind of growth this program is built to deliver.

It is worth saying how rare and valuable a strong boys’ program is. Men’s gymnastics has been disappearing from gyms across the country, yet Go For It USA has built and sustained the largest men’s team in Nevada, and our recreational classes are the foundation that makes that possible. When your son trains here, he is part of a real boys’ gymnastics community, with older athletes to look up to and a clear path forward if he wants it. That sense of belonging is a big part of why boys stay in the sport with us.

Whether your son is here to burn energy and have a blast or to build toward competitive gymnastics, Boys Recreational meets him where he is. Placement is by age and ability, so the best first step is to request a spot and let our coaches recommend the right starting class.
