Biography

I trained and competed in gymnastics all of my childhood and started coaching when I was 16. Since then, I have coached off and on for over 25 years, I love coaching gymnastics and view it as a passion more than a job. I'm also a certified health coach, working with people to improve their lives both mentally and physically, and I graduated in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in Nutrition from UNLV. Last but definitely not least, I am a proud mother of two.
