“Got my kids in a trial class and they loved it, so I'm signing them up for weekly classes. Everyone here is super nice and helpful.”
“After being at another gym in town I absolutely fell in love with GFI. The staff, coaches and athletes make this place feel like home for my kiddos and myself. The fact my children get to train with Olympians makes it all worth it, and I live 30 minutes away!”
“We love everyone at Go For It USA. They are all amazing and teach very well. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone with kids.”
Classes run 55 to 90 minutes depending on level, and the kids are moving almost the whole time. They rotate through the rod floor, spring floor, tumble trak, and in-ground trampolines with a coach who builds each drill on the one before it.
Everyone starts where they actually are. The beginner level opens with rolls, cartwheels, and safe landings. Kids who already have a round-off get to work on the back handspring, and coaches spot every new skill until it is solid on its own. A lot of our tumblers are cheerleaders working on power for their passes.
Your first visit is just a normal class, and it's free. The coach places your child in the right level on the spot, you watch it happen, and by pickup you'll know what skill comes next and how they'll get there. There is nothing to enroll in until you decide it's a fit.
