What a class actually looks like
In Girls Recreational, girls are grouped by age and ability into Fun Flippers, High Rollers, and Twisters. Every class they rotate through bars, beam, floor, and vault with their coach, so nobody waits around and nobody gets thrown into skills she isn't ready for.
Progress moves at her pace, not a schedule. There is no competition requirement, and plenty of girls train recreationally for years. If she falls in love with it, there is a clear path through the advanced classes and into the competitive Bronze track.
The first class is free and completely normal. The coach meets her, places her in the right group, and you watch from the parent area. By the end you'll know where she fits and what she would be working toward. No commitment until you've seen it.
